Kildare Traveller Action’s vision is an Ireland where Travellers are recognised and valued as a distinct ethnic group. Irish Travellers are a minority ethnic group who are proud and confident in their cultural identity and exercising their human rights.

Kildare Traveller Action’s mission is to contribute to the improvement in the quality of life, living circumstances, status and participation of Travellers through working innovatively for social justice, greater solidarity, development, equality and human rights.
